I’m just an ordinary girl who has decided to live an extraordinary life. For a long time I followed the rules and conventional wisdom. It brought me material success but left me unfulfilled, stressed out and anxious.

I’m a blogger, a personal development/self empowerment and transformational coach, internet marketer, wife, step-mum, poached eggs on toast addict, reformed workaholic and party animal, spiritually inclined shoe-lover with a big heart.
My unique talent comes from my intuitive nature and my love of learning and desire to inspire. I read people very well, so well, in fact, that many people find it rather spooky but there’s no black magic here. Just call me the human answer to the lie detector. I spot bullshit from great distances and uncover what people don’t say then identify what’s holding them back.
After all, sometimes you just need someone to make sense of stuff for you and to understand you when you don’t fully understand yourself or your behaviour.
I’m a guiding light, an energiser, an eternal optimist in an ocean of possibilities and ray of positivity these days. That’s because I’m living my purpose…are you?
